El apartamento

El lugar y la tranquilidad

Hemos estado ya varias veces, y es un sitio ideal, por ubicación, instalaciones, vistas, atención recibida, relación calidad/precio (al menos en esta época del año), entorno, facilidad para aparcar...Una opción excelente, en un lugar estupendo.

El único pero, alguna zona que no estaba todo lo limpia que sería deseable. En general estaba muy limpio, pero por ejemplo en la parte de arriba de la nevera había mucha suciedad.

Las indicaciones de como recoger las llaves son qué hay que llamar por teléfono al número del alojamiento que aparece en la aplicación de Booking y ya te las trae la anfitriona por qué esto es un residencial . Y si tú llegas a la dirección no sabes ni que hacer ni donde tocar por qué no hay portería ni indicaciones para la reserva . Así que recordad. llamar al teléfono del alojamiento que aparece en la aplicación

Que no funcionaba el estarctor y la almohada que estaba muy dura por algunas zonas . Pero que de echo en 15 días e repetido 2 veces .

La tranquilidad , la naturaleza , la limpieza. Un sitio espectacular para salir de la rutina y despejarte con la naturaleza .

La verdad es que nada porque era justo lo que iba buscando

La terraza del apartamento era inmensa.

Fuimos antes de que terminara el verano y ya no tenían abierta la piscina.

El precio y la zona, Conchi la anfitriona muy amable y predispuesta.

Los muebles y utensilios de cocina necesitan un cambio ya!!! La TV también es vieja y no es smart.

Las vistas, la tranquilidad y la terraza. Las fotos que aparecen son tal cual es en realidad que eso es importante. Conchi muy agradable.

Lo único es lo que dicen otro comentarios, que está al fondo pero esa es su ubicación, pero no hay 500 metros como decían ni mucho menos

They transferred us with from our original booking to this sister hotel with no problems.

No water in rooms, or water fountain to fill our cycling water bottles.

Very much liked having a big terrace to ourselves. Picking up the key was easy, but the address on my print-out wasn't helpful in finding the place, so it took us a while to find it.

I should have double checked about the swimming pool as it did say it wasn't open in October on my print-out of the arrangements. But I had looked in the previous few days online and it said 'swimming pool open'. And in fact it turned out it had been closed in mid September. So it was a bit confusing, as it said different things in different places and I wouldn't have booked this place if I'd known. Also the building work wasn't great. And there was good quality cutlery and crockery, but very limited in terms of glasses and cups.

Apartment was spacious and clean, out of season so no facilities to rate. Staff were helpful and friendly

The views without any hesitation. The outside space was massive. Aircon in bedroom and living room perfect. Comfortable sofa and arm chair. Check-in time good. Generally quiet apart from dogs barking. Can't help that! Lovely quiet pool. Secure gated community.

As other guests have already commented, it is quite a walk along the outside corridor to the apartment. The walk to town is not far, but as others have commented it is a bit of a steep hill at the end, which would not suit a lot of people. Very intimidating walking past one of the apartments on the way to the rental. Two very angry looking dogs that stared and barked continuously. We happened to be exiting the gates area as one of the dogs, which was not on a lead, accompanied by a young woman. An older woman near us who was walking her dog on a lead, was clearly distressed by this. She started talking to the young woman who was clearly not bothered by her actions . My wife was was terrified by this situation. I appreciate this has nothing to do with the rental, but would clearly put us off returning to what otherwise overall was a great trip and location for us. We had bought some pastry items for breakfast, which were in a sealed bag, and unfortunately ants were crawling all over the worktop and through our food, which we had to dispose of. After this, we noticed quite a few crawling through the apartment. We put down some powder to clear this problem. Best to put all food items in the fridge. Found it difficult to access the site, as we only received a picture of the entrance after we arrived. More clear directions and address would be excellent for clients coming to an area they are not familiar with.

Good location, walking distance to town centre, shops and beach. Terrace was huge with great views.

There's a lack of plug sockets in kitchen. Also, any food left on work surface will attract ants, there's plenty of room in the fridge though.

Good equipped apartment,with nice view to the seaside.About 15 min. to go to the beach I found as a reasonable cost of such quiet place.

Location, pool, views , size of outside space , air conditioning , friendly staff met us at the property, easy to park

Tired furniture, no parasols outside, terrace furniture was damaged, shade covering was ripped, kitchen wasn't well equipped, it could be a lovely apartment with a little money spent on equipment

Nothing is liked. We did not get our money back as was promised (though the booking.com wrote a letter to Bahia as they asked). If Bahia Santa Cruz returns money we will gladly change this response. Otherwise, we advise any potential client to think about the possibility to get not what is on the picture when reserving in Bahia Santa Cruz.

We did not like the attitude toward the clients (us) at all. The actions of Bahia Santa Cruz were absolutely unacceptable. We have arrived to the hotel before 9 pm. The hotel worker (I do not know the position of the woman) talked to us over the telephone as if we were not welcomed. The territory of the hotel is located on the closed territory with a lot of buildings. All buildings had a lot of flowers and looked good. But when we approached Bahia Santa Cruz building it turned out that it had no flowers or plants and it looked as a construction site recently cleaned. The hotel worker came together with a man and showed us the apartment. The apartment had a strong smell of paint and the hotel worker confirmed that they had painted the apartment recently. We tried to open a window but it looked like blocked and the hotel worker drew the curtain quickly. My son is allergic so we asked if they could return money and we would find something else. She answered that it was not a problem and tomorrow we would get our money back if the booking.com wrote a letter with request to return money as an exeption. We asked several times if she was sure. She said yes. We left the territory (you need the code to get on the territory). But after discussing the situation we decided to come back and sleep with open windows (there was something about the worker's behavior that pointed to the fact that something wrong would be with her promise to return money). But the code did not work. We called the hotel worker but she said that the check in was not possible and she left the territory (though only several minutes passed and we did not see how she left). So we went to other hotel and stayed there. By the way, Bahia Santa Cruz is located on the hill and away from the center of Almunecar, so it took time to get there and back. Next day nobody returned our money. We called the hotel worker and she promised that her boss would take care of it.
